Calling all small business owners! This event is for you! I am delighted to share with you my festive event ~ the Small Business Wellness Brunch.
I have been thinking about this for a lonnnng time, (the planets have aligned), & I am so happy to announce that I am holding a Small Business Festive Wellness Brunch at The Humble Hub in St. Leonard’s on Saturday 14th December.
It’s going to be an amazing opportunity to connect with other small businesses & enjoy some delicious drinks & food whilst taking some much-needed time just for you this December! There’s going to be some energising yoga, a chakra-balancing sound session, (alongside a crafting activity), and of course, one of my famous NourishMe goodie bags to take home!
Running a small business can be hard & if you are a one-person-band like me, there might not be the opportunity to have a festive shindig! Sooo, I am combining my passions for wellbeing & for creating community to bring you the most beautiful 2 and a half hours of festive self care to make you feel sparkly!
The brunch is open to all small businesses in and around the Hastings & St. Leonard’s areas; whether you’re solo business owner, you have a small team of legends, or a slightly larger group of magical people, this brunch is for all of you!

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
• Welcome drink ~ A freshly made cold-pressed juice.
• 20 minute energising & grounding yoga session with Rachael, Elevate Yoga.
• Wholesome & delicious individual veggie grazing brunch box with turmeric & ginger health shot.
• 20 minute Chakra balancing & aligning sound session with Jo, Humble Warrior.
• Festive Crafting with Holly ~ Enjoy a bauble-stamping mini workshop session and create your very own bauble to hang on your Christmas tree. You can stamp any word you like & it’ll be a wonderful reminder of the cute connections you made at the Brunch.
• Time to chat, connect and share a bit about your business if you wish. There is also an opportunity to include some of your marketing/business cards/promotions within the goodie bags and I will contact each attendee individually once your spot has been confirmed.
• There will be some surprises too ~ magical things to make this event really special, (but I will be keeping them a surprise until the day).
• A NourishMe Goodie Bag to take home! If you’ve been to one of my workshops or retreats before, you’ll know how gorgeous these are! They are brimming with products to support your wellbeing, mostly NourishMe exclusive designs, but there will be some pretty products from other small businesses too.
MY VISION FOR THE BRUNCH:
I truly believe that I envisioned this brunch waaaaay back when River was a tiny little tot. We were slap-bang in the middle of lockdown & I made a promise to myself that as soon as the time was right, I would channel my energy into creating something that would bring people together. Fast-forward almost 4 years, and here we are!
My wish is for the brunch to be all about connection, not just with the beautiful souls attending, but with yourself also. Life is hectic, we are pulled in all directions & sometimes we just need to put the brakes on, switch off and look inwards. We have the answers within us, we just need to turn down the outside noise & listen.
I want you to feel boosted, grounded, aligned, energised & full of love & light through the connections you’ve made. Small business life has many twists & turns and it’s nice to meet others who are walking the same path.
ONCE YOU’VE PURCHASED YOUR TICKET:
• Once you’ve claimed your Brunch spot, you will receive an email from me explaining a little bit more about the event, what to bring with you & whether you have any allergies or intolerances.
• The Humble Hub has enough mats for each attendee, but if you would like bring your own mat, please feel free to do so.
• A couple of weeks before the brunch, I’ll pop you a further email to say “hi”, and to remind you that your are MAGIC!!

To the beautiful ones who have contacted me and will be coming solo. From my heart to yours, there is absolutely nothing to worry about if you are feeling anxious about coming by yourself. It is going to be such a warm, calm, welcoming and nurturing space with so many beautiful souls - you have nothing to fear. I will be there with hugs aplenty and I know that you are going to love it. There will be a 15 minute window at the beginning to get settled, enjoy your juice and ground yourself. I hope to allay any fears either beforehand or once you arrive - it’s going to be beautiful xxx

The Small Business Wellness Brunch is open to all small business owners in and around Hastings & St. Leonard’s. Whether you are self employed, a duo, or a team of 10, you are all welcome to join this very special and sparkly event.
